Política de envio: 1. Condições gerais As entregas são realizadas de segunda-feira a sexta-feira, das 8h às 17h. O prazo de entrega é contado a partir da confirmação do pagamento em dias úteis, ou seja, não inclui sábados, domingos e feriados. Excepcionalmente entregas podem ocorrer aos sábados, domingos e feriados. Por favor, confira as dimensões do produto e certifique-se de que estão adequadas aos elevadores, portas e corredores do local da entrega, pois não fazemos a montagem, desmontagem do produto e/ou portas e janelas, transporte pela escada ou içamento pelo lado de fora do prédio. IMPORTANTE: após a finalização do pedido não é possível alterar a forma de entrega, solicitar adiantamento ou prioridade. Todos os prazos de entrega levam em consideração o estoque, a região, o processo de emissão da nota fiscal e o tempo de preparo do produto. A cada atualização no status do pedido nosso sistema envia, automaticamente, e-mails de alerta. Por isso, é importante manter seu e-mail atualizado no cadastro. Após a conclusão do pedido, não é possível alterar o endereço de entrega. Caso tenha fornecido o endereço errado, entre em contato com o setor de atendimento ao cliente e solicite o cancelamento da compra. Após efetuar o cancelamento, atualize o endereço de entrega no seu cadastro. Clique aqui para alterá-lo. IMPORTANTE: por motivos de segurança, em hipótese alguma nossos operadores alteram o endereço de entrega ou os dados cadastrais dos clientes. Caso tenha fornecido o endereço incompleto, entre em contato com o setor de atendimento ao cliente e informe os dados que faltaram. IMPORTANTE: será possível, somente, acrescentar informações complementares como bloco, andar, ponto de referência. Não é permitido alterar o nome da rua ou o número do prédio/casa, por exemplo. A entrega só pode ser realizada a uma pessoa maior de 18 anos que apresente documento de identificação. É vedado à transportadora: - entrar no domicílio; - entregar por meios alternativos (exemplo: içar produto por janela); - realizar instalação ou manutenção de produtos; - abrir a embalagem do produto; - coletar produtos de devolução; - realizar entrega em endereço diferente ao que consta no DANFE; - realizar entrega a menores de idade ou sem documento de identificação. 2. Se ocorrer qualquer das hipóteses abaixo, recuse o recebimento da mercadoria e escreva o motivo da recusa no verso do DANFE: - embalagem aberta ou avariada; - produto avariado; - produto em desacordo com o pedido; - falta de acessórios. Se, ainda assim, você aceitar o produto, por favor, entre em contato com o setor de atendimento ao cliente em até 72 horas.

Política de Devolução Todas as ocorrências que envolvam troca ou devolução devem ser feitas no prazo de até 7 (sete) dias, a contar da data de entrega, com exceção dos itens de Moda, cujo prazo é de até 30 (trinta) dias corridos, e devem ser comunicadas ao nosso setor de atendimento ao cliente. 1. Quando recusar o produto Os produtos são enviados ao cliente exatamente como nos foram entregues pelo fabricante. Se ocorrer qualquer das hipóteses abaixo, recuse o recebimento e escreva o motivo da recusa no verso do DANFE (Documento Auxiliar da Nota Fiscal Eletrônica): - embalagem aberta ou avariada; - produto avariado; - produto em desacordo com o pedido; - falta de acessórios. Se, ainda assim, você aceitar o produto, por favor, entre em contato com o setor de atendimento ao cliente em até 72 horas. 2. Troca ou cancelamento da compra A devolução de qualquer produto só pode ser feita no prazo de até 7 (sete) dias, a contar da data de entrega com exceção dos itens de Moda, cujo prazo é de até 30 (trinta) dias corridos. Nesse período, se o produto apresentar defeito, ou se você não estiver satisfeito(a) com a compra, comunique nosso setor de atendimento ao cliente e solicite a troca. Para trocar um produto, as seguintes condições deverão ser observadas: - o produto deverá ser encaminhado na embalagem original, sem indícios de uso, sem violação do lacre original do fabricante, acompanhado do DANFE , do manual e todos os acessórios. - nas solicitações de desistência de produtos das categorias Moda, Vinhos, CDs, DVDs e Livros é importante a etiqueta/lacre do produto. Se o produto, junto com a embalagem na qual foi entregue, pesar menos de 15Kg e suas dimensões não ultrapassarem 105cm de altura, 105cm de largura e 105cm de comprimento, a devolução pode ser feita por postagem. Caso contrário, o produto será coletado pela transportadora em data combinada, no mesmo local de entrega. As coletas são feitas de segunda-feira a sexta-feira, das 8h às 21h. Nosso transportador deixa, no local, um comprovante da coleta. Em caso de postagem, nossos operadores enviarão, por e-mail, o código de postagem que deve ser apresentado nas agências dos Correios. Esse processo é gratuito. (IMPORTANTE: Agências dos Correios Franqueadas (ACF) não aceitam o uso do instrumento de habilitação de postagem.) É fundamental seguir as instruções: - acondicione o produto em sua embalagem original ou similar; - devolva todos os itens/acessórios que acompanham o produto; - junte a segunda via do DANFE recebida no ato da entrega. É imprescindível que ele seja enviado para que o produto seja identificado; - relate, no verso do DANFE, o motivo da devolução. 3. Prazo para resolução da troca O parceiro tem até 30 (trinta) dias corridos, contados a partir da data do recebimento do produto em seu Centro de Distribuição, para enviar outro produto ao cliente. 4. Restituição do valor pago A restituição dos valores pagos utilizando a mesma forma de pagamento escolhida no processo de compras. Em compras pagas com cartão de crédito, a administradora do cartão será notificada e o estorno ocorrerá na fatura seguinte ou na posterior, de uma só vez, qualquer que seja o número de parcelas utilizado na compra. O prazo de ressarcimento depende da administradora do cartão. Em compras pagas com boleto bancário ou débito em conta, a restituição será efetuada por meio de depósito bancário, em até 10 (dez) dias úteis, somente na conta-corrente do(a) comprador(a), que deve ser individual. É necessário que o CPF do titular da conta-corrente seja o mesmo que consta no pedido (CPF do cliente). Caso o(a) comprador(a) não tenha uma conta-corrente que atenda às condições citadas, será enviada, no mesmo prazo, uma Ordem de Pagamento em nome do titular da compra. Ela poderá ser resgatada em qualquer agência do Banco Itaú, mediante apresentação de documento de identidade e CPF. A restituição dos valores será processada somente após o recebimento e análise dos produtos no Centro de Distribuição.

Project University and the Members may offer Verified Certificates of Achievement for courses (a "Verified Certificate") or certificates for programs (for example, a MicroMasters program certificate) for learners who, in the Members’ judgment, have satisfactorily demonstrated mastery of the course or program material. Certificates will be issued by Project University under the name of the underlying Member(s) from where the course or program originated, i.e. Unicamp, UEM, etc. The decision whether a certificate will be awarded to a given learner will be solely within the discretion of the awarding Member. Subject to the foregoing, you will be required to pay a fee and complete the ID verification process for Verified Certificates. In order to authenticate your identity for a Verified Certificate, you will be prompted to take a webcam photo of yourself, as well as a photo of an acceptable form of photo ID (described below). Although these items are collected by Project University in accordance with these TOS and the Privacy Policy, you should be aware that the actual authentication of your identity is performed by an Project University third-party service provider and this information will be used only for the purpose of verifying your identity. Acceptable forms of photo ID’s are: Government or State-issued driver's license Passport National ID card State or Province ID card (including cards issued by motor vehicle agencies) In order to be accepted by Project University, your photo ID must: Contain your full name exactly (excluding hyphens, accents, and spaces); Contain a relatively current photograph of yourself; Be an original document; photocopied documents cannot be accepted; and Be current and valid; expired documents cannot be accepted. Unfortunately, if you do not possess a photo ID meeting the criteria described above, Project University is unable to provide you with a Verified Certificate at this time. Refunds. Certificates and other purchases on the Project University Site may be eligible for a refund for a period of time (in each case, the “Refund Period”). The applicable Refund Period for some products and services are described below. To receive a refund during the Refund Period, simply unenroll from the course and the refund will be processed automatically. Refunds will be credited to the payment account used for the purchase and may take up to two billing cycles to process. If the applicable Refund Period for a purchase has passed, but you believe a refund is warranted, please submit a support ticket via the Contact us form. Verified Certificate Track: To receive a refund with respect to your enrollment in the verified certificate track of a course, you have a period of 14 days after your payment or 14 days after your course starts (up to six months after your payment) whichever occurs later, during which you may withdraw or unenroll from the course by clicking on the unenroll link on the learner dashboard. Professional Education Courses: To receive a refund with respect to your enrollment in a Professional Education course, you have a period of 2 days after your payment or 2 days after the course starts (up to six months after your payment) whichever occurs later to unenroll from the course by clicking on the unenroll link on the learner dashboard. Coupon codes and other course entitlements are subject to expiration and any other conditions stated at the time of purchase. No Other Enrollment. PROJECT UNIVERSITY AND THE PROJECT UNIVERSITY PARTICIPANTS ALSO MAKE NO WARRANTY ABOUT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, OR QUALITY OF THE PROJECT UNIVERSITY SITE OR ANY COURSES OR CONTENT, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR COURSES OR CONTENT WILL CONTINUE TO BE MADE AVAILABLE. “PROJECT UNIVERSITY PARTICIPANTS” MEANS UNICAMP, UEM, THE OTHER MEMBERS, THE ENTITIES PROVIDING INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR SERVICES FOR THE PROJECT UNIVERSITY SITE, THE COURSE INSTRUCTORS, AND THEIR STAFFS. USE OF THE PROJECT UNIVERSITY SITE, AND THE CONTENT AND SERVICES OBTAINED FROM OR THROUGH THE PROJECT UNIVERSITY SITE, IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to User Postings that are inaccurate, offensive, defamatory, indecent or objectionable and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Project University or any of the Project University Participants with respect thereto. Neither Project University nor any of the Project University Participants endorse any User Postings or any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed therein. Neither Project University nor any of the Project University Participants have any obligation to monitor any User Postings or any other user communications through the Project University Site. However, Project University reserves the right to review User Postings and to exercise its sole discretion to edit or remove, in whole or in part, any User Posting at any time and for any reason, or to allow the Project University Participants to do so. Without limiting the foregoing, upon receiving notice from a user or a content owner that a User Posting allegedly does not conform to these TOS, Project University may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to remove the User Posting, which it reserves the right to do at any time and without notice. Third-Party Services; Links to Other Websites. The Project University Site and individual courses may be integrated with third-party services or include hyperlinks to websites maintained or controlled by third parties. Project University and the Project University Participants are not responsible for and do not routinely screen, approve, review or endorse the contents of or use of any of the products or services that may be offered by such third parties. If you decide to access any third-party services or linked third-party websites, you do so at your own risk. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER PROJECT UNIVERSITY NOR ANY OF THE PROJECT UNIVERSITY PARTICIPANTS WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES, EITHER ACTUAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, OR YOUR (OR ANY THIRD PARTY'S) USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROJECT UNIVERSITY SITE, OR YOUR PLACEMENT OF CONTENT ON THE PROJECT UNIVERSITY SITE, OR YOUR RELIANCE UPON INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM OR THROUGH THE PROJECT UNIVERSITY SITE, WHETHER YOUR CLAIM IS BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTORY OR OTHER LAW. IN PARTICULAR, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER PROJECT UNIVERSITY NOR ANY OF THE PROJECT UNIVERSITY PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT PROJECT UNIVERSITY OR ANY OF THE PROJECT UNIVERSITY PARTICIPANTS HAS BEEN NEGLIGENT OR OTHERWISE AT FAULT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS FOR DEFAMATION, ERRORS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR INTERRUPTION IN AVAILABILITY OF DATA). CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS. Indemnification You agree to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Project University and the Project University Participants, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, faculty, students, fellows, governing board members, agents and employees from and against any third-party claims, actions, or demands arising out of, resulting from or in any way related to your use of the Project University Site, including any liability or expense arising from any and all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, Project University or the applicable Project University Participant will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit, or action. Additional Terms Termination Rights; Discontinuation of Courses and Content. You agree that Project University, in its sole discretion, may terminate your use of the Project University Site or your participation in it, for any reason or no reason, upon notice to you. It is Project University's policy to terminate in appropriate circumstances the accounts of users of the Project University Site who are repeat copyright infringers. Project University and the Project University Participants reserve the right at any time in their sole discretion to cancel, delay, reschedule or alter the format of any course offered through Project University, or to cease providing any part or all of the Project University Site content or related services, and you agree that neither Project University nor any of the Project University Participants will have any liability to you for such an action. If you no longer desire to participate in the Project University Site, you may terminate your participation at any time. The rights granted to you hereunder will terminate upon any termination of your right to use the Project University Site, but the other provisions of the Agreements will survive any such termination. Entire Agreement. The Agreements constitute the entire agreement between you and Project University with respect to your use of the Project University Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Project University regarding your use of the Project University Site. Waiver and Severability. The failure of Project University to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreements shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Agreements is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of the Agreements shall remain in full force and effect. Choice of Law/Forum Selection. You agree that the Agreements and any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to the Agreements or any content or service obtained from or through the Project University Site will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. You agree that all such claims and disputes will be heard and resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in and serving Cambridge, Massachusetts, U.S.A. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts over you for this purpose, and you waive and agree not to assert any objection to such proceedings in those courts (including any defense or objection of lack of proper jurisdiction or venue or inconvenience of forum).
